Whole home heat, electric fireplace in main floor living room, no whole home air conditioning as this is the UP and it is usually not needed but we do have a window unit for any unusual hot weather so that you can sleep well. The lower level stays a cool temp in the summer naturally.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in: from 4:00 PM. Locate the guest experience book for all the need to know details. Self check-in for your convenience, using a key pad. You will receive the access code along with your confirmation email.
Check-out: by 10:00 AM. See departure instructions below. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow for proper cleaning and preparation for our incoming guests.
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
We have a strict no-pets policy to maintain a clean and allergen-free environment for all guests. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please be mindful of noise levels outside after 10:00 pm, as a courtesy to our neighbors.
DEPOSIT
We require a 50% deposit at time of booking with remaining amount due one week before arrival. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your stay and due date for remaining balance, as well as cancellation guidelines.
Departure Instructions
Before you leave:
Please remove linens from all beds used and place in bathtub.
Place all garbage in containers in the garage.
Place all used towels in the bathtub.
Place any dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it.
Lock the door when you leave.
